Customer Support

One of the most important considerations in selecting who you are going to host your site with is customer support. How do you request it, how long does it take and what should you expect.

At BRI Web Hosting we offer you several different options for support. Each one is geared to assist you in specific ways to give you the best possible response time and end results. Our helpdesk page will give you links for all of the different departments.

For sales related inquiries you would use our helpdesk. The sales department will provide you with answers to whatever questions you might have as quickly as possible. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish. If is important to us that you are comfortable about hosting with BRI. This is also the time to ask about any specialty scripts you may wish to use. Our Terms of Service should handle most questions. But if you do not find the answer there or it is not clear, please ask.

If you have a billing question that needs to be answered you would contact the admin department via helpdesk and they will assist you with your billing question. Some items can be handled by yourself through your account. Such as upgrading. If you need to upgrade your account, you can do so at any tome through your control panel you receive when you sign up. If you needed to change your billing information that can be handled as well through your existing account. These are just a couple examples, bottom line the administrative department is here to assist you with any question you might have.

Support type questions are handled through the support helpdesk. When posting a support ticket be sure to provide as much information describing your question as possible. Support staff need adequate information to answer your questions. This will assist the staff in researching your issue and properly respond.
